The Journey of Laduma So Far

The Origins of Laduma

Laduma was born in 2015 with the name translating from Zulu as “it thunders’. The name fitting from our South African roots and sporting heritage. Since founding, we have worked with some of the World’s most well respected brands, to deliver truly incredible immersive expeirneces. Clients ranged from AstraZeneca to the Red Arrows arial display team in the UK.

As the world changed in 2020 with the arrival of Covid, so did Laduma. Our clients needed more intuitive ways of connecting with remote workers. Soon, ‘Zoom fatigue’ was real and actual collaboration was suffering. With our experience and skills we set about building the digital workspace platform that would support the way the word would work in future. We listened to what companies were telling us and what there new challeneges were. The results, a platform that gives teams everything they need to maximise performance, from anywhere in the world.

As well as offcies in the UK and the US, we have remote workers around the world. We use our own paltfrom every day to keep connected and deliver to our customers. We don’t just understand the challenges of hybrid-working and collaborating globally, we thrive on it. And we’re here to support you, so you can too.

We have offices around the world, with our team spread across The US, South Africa and The UK.

This has allowed us to understand the daily challenges of hybrid and remote work, in our successful attempts to communicate and collaborate with colleagues far and wide. We ensure that our people are always connected and maintain a collective understanding of a common goal and ethos.

Our HQ is based in Liverpool, UK in the stunning Grade-II listed Exchange Flags building. We are routinely engaged in our local community and give our time to various charities and initiatives across the city and beyond. Both online and offline, we keep community central to everything that we do.
